What Is a High-Density Braided Protection Sleeve?
This type of braided sleeving is designed to wrap tightly around cables, providing excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and long-term protection. It is commonly used in:

How We Produce the Tight-Fit Braided Sleeving
1. Cable Feeds Into the Machine
At one end of the braiding machine, the bare cable (without any sleeving) is fed into the equipment.
2. In-Machine Braiding Process
Inside the machine, dozens of carriers cross and interlace with high precision, weaving PET or PA filaments directly around the cable in real time.
3. Perfectly Wrapped at the Output End
As the cable exits the other end of the machine, it is already tightly covered with a high-density braided protective sleeve that fits firmly to the cable surface.
